Course Description

This course covers everything project teams need to make a useful contribution to the design and implementation of a HFM application.


This course explores HFM dimensionality, how data is entered and loaded, consolidated, adjusted, translated and then analysed using Financial Reporting and ad hoc spreadsheet analysis within Smart View.Project teams will gain an appreciation of the various ways of loading data to HFM via FDMEE and Smart View. They will also learn about entering data and will explore both data grids and data forms to review and analyse data. This course examines the adjustment of data through the creation and management of journals.


Students will run matching reports to analyse any intercompany mismatches, review the consolidation process and learn how to sign off data through Process Control.
