Enable Key Users to engage with FCC and understand various methods of data entry, how to run consolidations and report on data in Oracle’s Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC) applications.
Course Description
An in-depth introduction to FCC covering everything that key users need to know to work effectively with FCC.This course explores FCC dimensionality and how data can be entered, loaded, adjusted, translated, consolidated and then analysed using data forms, dashboards, financial reports and ad-hoc spreadsheet analysis.
Explore the look, feel and functionality of the FCC interface. Gain familiarity with the menu structure, clusters and cards available for navigation. Find out about the close process and discover how to submit and approve close tasks. Learn about creating and submitting journals and how to enter and report on Intercompany balances.
Get an understanding of the submission workflow and find out how to trigger business rules to run consolidation and other calculations. Create smart forms and custom dashboards. Perform ad-hoc analysis and learn how to write functions in Smart View and run Financial Reports.
